Property and Type:Zsm-5 zeolite with tree-dimensional cross straight pore canal has special
shape-selective crackability,isomerization and aromatization ability.ZSM-5 serial zeolitewith
different silicalumina ratio have been widely applied commercially.We have many different
property MFI serial zeolites ,like sodium ZSM-5 original powder,hydrogen ZSM-5 and modified ZSM-5.
The silica-alumina ratio can be 25,30,38 ,50,100,200.The particle distribution can be adjusted
according to the clienta requirements.Isomerization ability and activity stability can be improved when
the acidity is adjusted by changing the silica-alumina ratio.
Compound Method:By using aluminum salt and silicate as main material,different property ZSM-5
Original powder will be produced after hydrothermal compound
crystallization,filtrating,washing,modifying and drying.
Application Area:
ZSM-5 serial zeolites are mainly applied for catalytia cracking, catalytic dewaxing,toluene
disproportionation,xylene isomerization,ethylene-benzene alkylation,methanol converting to gasoline,
methanol catalytic dehydration to produce dimethyl ether,and lower carbon hydrocarbon aromatization.
ZSM-5 serial zeolites with the properties of good thermotolerance,acid resistance and thermostability,
they can be used as catalytic cracking active component to improve the gasoline octane number,
propylene yield or hydrocarbons isomerization ability.
